PRODUCTS

Everything is handmade and as such, may differ slightly from the pictures. I strive to be as machine-like as possible, but I have yet to achieve perfect robot precision. That said, the pictures are a pretty accurate depiction of what you'll receive.

Since these are small objects, they are not meant for young kids or animals. Also, they are not to be used as food or weaponry regardless of age or species.

GIFTS

Packages are sent with a receipt. If you would like to have the receipt sent to a different address, please write me a note in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout. I am also in the process of making gift cards. Sign up for our newsletter if you would like to be notified when they are available.

PAYMENT

All transactions are done through PayPal, where you can use credit card or your PayPal account. You are not required to have a PayPal account to use this service. Please make payment at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated upon checkout. For your convenience, a shipping estimator is available in the shopping cart. Expedited shipping from UPS or US mail is available at checkout. Tracking and insurance are not available with First Class or Priority Mail. If you would like tracking or insurance for your package, please select an upgraded shipping option.

For packages with expedited shipping (everything except First Class or UPS Ground), your package will ship the same business day for orders placed by noon PST. Orders received after noon will ship the next business day. First Class or UPS Ground shipments are sent within two business days after the order is placed. In rare cases, it will take longer to fulfill your order, and I will email you personally to notify you.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I offer exchanges for items that arrived damaged. Please notify me within a week of receipt and I will gladly take back the broken goods and send replacements. I am sorry I will not accept liability for packages sent via First Class mail. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
